In order to protect the interests of customers and enable customers to receive good after-sale service of our company, please read the following terms and conditions carefully when you use the company's products.

1. Declaration, Repairs covered and Warranty period
Declaration
Please read the instruction book and rightly operate as the direction says after you buy our products directly from our company or distributors. During the warranty period, our company promises to repair or replace any component with quality defects in materials, workmanship or design.
(1) Repairs covered and Warranty period
From the date of purchase
a) Electric motor, gearbox
6 months replacement, 1 year repair
b) Charger, controller
6 months replacement, 1 year repair
c) Battery is guaranteed for replacement in 6 months if capacity is lower than 60% of rated capacity of the battery
d) Other components are free to be repaired within 1 year
e) Quick wear parts including tyre, foot-pad, seat cushion, and backrest are non-covered. If worn out, contact with the distributor
f) For quality issues appeared with a big amount, our company will send staff for repair or recall the products from home and abroad
g) Long-term paid service will be provided after one year warranty period.

2. Uncovered quality issues caused by following terms
a) Damage due to false operation which is not in accordance with the book of direction
b) Damage due to services performed by anyone other than a specified maintenance shop
c) Quality issues appear at any time that exceeds warranty period
d) Damage due to replacement of components which are not produced by our company
e) Alteration or modification to products without the company's confirmation
f) Damage caused by loading over its maximum capability
g) Damage caused by force majeure, such as typhoon, flood, fire, earthquake, war, etc.
h) When customers resell, of their own accord, the products, we will no longer take responsibility of quality issues caused afterwards.

3. How to Come into Effect
Purchasers shall fill in a warranty card truthfully at the purchasing place with signature and seal. Purchasers inland can mail the warranty card back to our company and then the warranty comes into effect. Purchasers abroad shall mail the warranty card back to the distributor, and the distributor types the warranty card into a formulated table in the computer, and e-mail to our company. When our company confirms receipt of the e-mail, the warranty comes into effect.

When you are using our products, any damage due to false or improper operation which is not in accordance with the instruction book is out of guaranteed replacement or repair.
